Mission
Central to the Barberry Ridge Home Health mission is to provide quality care and services to clients in their place of residence helping them realize the highest level of independence and quality of life possible for as long as possible. We aspire to improve quality of life for not only clients but for the communities in which we operate and for the compassionate caregivers we are proud to have as employees.
Barberry Ridge Home Health is a locally owned, licensed, bonded and insured home health agency providing personal and companion care to clients in northern and central Allegheny County regions.
Leadership Team
Felicia
Felicia has over 35 years of experience as a registered nurse in roles of increasing responsibility around personal care, public health and patient advocacy. She has deep expertise in areas of client assessment, aging in place and definition appropriate care for home care clients. Felicia serves clients and staff of Barberry Ridge Home Health as the director of nursing and care delivery.
Felicia earned an associate's degree from Clarion University and Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Columbia University.
Dustin
With over twenty years of experience in business, healthcare insurer and provider administration at some of Pittsburgh's favorite companies like Fisher Scientific and Highmark Health, Dustin serves clients and staff of Barberry Ridge Home Health as the general manager of operations client services
He is a regular volunteer at Volunteers of American (solutions for veterans), Meals on Wheels and the Highmark Caring Place.
Dustin holds a bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University and a Masters degree from Pennsylvania State University and has served on the Highmark Health HM Health Solutions Advisory Forum.
